Internationally recognized FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certificate confirms that its holder combines in practice the principles of environment-friendly, socially responsible, and economically viable forestry. The wood products coming from sustainably managed forests normally carry the FCS logo. At present the FSC forest certification is used in more than 80 countries of the world, including Latvia.
